You never need to contact the club, open a ticket or sign in before reporting suspected abuse. Report directly to law enforcement, child protective services, or the U.S. Center for SafeSport through U.S. Soccer's Report a Concern page.

CONCUSSION & CARDIAC SAFETY
Any player suspected of a concussion is removed from play and may not return the same day without clearance from a licensed health care provider. Players who faint or show signs of a cardiac problem must stop activity immediately.
