VOLUNTEER WITH US

We are looking for volunteers to help run the Alumni Charity Match. Choose the role(s) you are interested in and every time block you are available. Final assignments are based on event needs, availability, and experience.

Check-In StaffPlayer verification, waivers, assignments, and swag-bag distribution.Field / Operations SupportHelp keep the field, schedule, equipment, and transitions organized.Sponsor / Donation SupportAssist with sponsor signage, swag, donations, and giveaway activity.Music / Speaker SupportHelp manage the speaker, music, and brief event announcements.Referee SupportHelp direct referees, assist with match paperwork, and support the referee coordinator.Medical / First-Aid SupportAssist the designated medical lead within your training and assigned responsibilities.Swag-Bag StationOrganize and distribute one sponsor swag bag to each completed player check-in.Team Assignment / Uniform TableProvide team color, captain details, schedule, field information, and equipment.Photo / Content SupportHelp with approved player photos, sponsor backdrop content, and event media.Donation / Giveaway StationHelp direct guests to the donation area and support approved giveaway promotion.General Floater / RunnerCover breaks, move supplies, help stations, and respond to event needs.Cleanup CrewTrash, equipment, tables, signage, and final field clearance.

By submitting, you confirm your role interests and availability for the Alumni Charity Match. Final assignments and reporting instructions come from the event team. Please arrive on time for any shift you accept and let us know as early as possible if your availability changes.
