1. WHY GRADES ARE A ROSTER CONDITION
Every player at La Esperanza is a student first. The academic program runs
inside the training week so no family has to choose between the classroom
and the pitch.

2. HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
- Tutoring lab: open study hall with volunteer tutors, no additional cost.
- Grade monitoring: progress reports collected every 6 weeks.
- Coordinator check-ins: one-on-one goal setting for players on watch.
- College guidance: transcripts, core courses, NCAA registration, and
  highlight-video review for high-school players.

3. WHAT FAMILIES DO
- Share progress reports and report cards with the team manager on time.
- Tell the coordinator early when a class is going badly — early is fixable.
- Get your player to lab sessions the same way you get them to training.
- Keep contact information current so alerts reach you.

4. WHAT THE CLUB DOES
- Free tutoring seats for every registered player.
- Confidential handling of grades and school records.
- Translation support for Spanish-speaking families at every meeting.
- Referrals for testing accommodations, financial aid, and scholarships.

5. TIMELINE BY GRADE
6-8th:  Study habits, organization, first GPA conversations.
9-10th: Core-course planning; create the NCAA Eligibility Center account.
11th:   Testing plan, transcript review, first college contacts.
12th:   Applications, financial aid forms, final eligibility certification.
