MINIMUM STANDARDS TO STAY MATCH-ELIGIBLE
[ ] 2.0 cumulative GPA or higher (no failing grades)
[ ] No more than 2 unexcused school absences per grading period
[ ] Progress report submitted to the team manager every 6 weeks
[ ] No active school disciplinary suspension

ACADEMIC WATCH (GPA between 2.0 and 2.5)
[ ] Attend 1 tutoring lab session per week
[ ] Weekly grade check-in with the academic coordinator
[ ] Parent/guardian notified and included in the plan

ACADEMIC HOLD (GPA below 2.0 or a failing grade)
[ ] Attend 2 tutoring lab sessions per week
[ ] Training continues — match availability paused until grades recover
[ ] Re-check at the next progress report

HIGH SCHOOL / COLLEGE TRACK
[ ] NCAA Eligibility Center account created (start 10th grade)
[ ] Core-course plan reviewed with the school counselor
[ ] Transcript copy on file with the club
[ ] Highlight video and player profile updated each season
